Hi! Im so glad you have made it here! My name is Madi Ongley, I’m a photographer based in Washington state. My style is a mix between posed/prompted and documentary. My goal is to make people feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, while allowing room for people to create their own interactions and interpretations. I love capturing emotions and fleeing moments. As an adventure enthusiast, I really enjoy seeking out the beauty in nature from the beach, to the mountains, desert, forest and everything in-between. Since becoming a mother, I realized I needed photos that capture these fleeing moments , preserving details that may fade from my memory one day. It serves as both a visual record and an emotional snapshot. My Husband had introduced me to the art of taking photos when we first started dating and I slowly fell in love with it. I’ll never see the world the same. I walk into the scene and notice the light, the colors, the subject, the details, the seasons , the moments. I feel absolutely honored and excited to be able to capture all the moments in life for all of my clients. Whether it's a candid shot of a loved one or a sweeping landscape, each photograph holds a unique narrative that connects the observer to the captured reality, bridging the gap between past and present.
